Initially focused on delivering a project creating accurate business performance data, I was able to identify root cause issues and engage external experts to drive an enterprise level program of work that optimised technology, resource, and process workflows. During this tenure, I provided hands-on leadership to 8 staff and built partnerships with business leaders across NAB’s 32 call centre sites, ensuring solutions were delivered in line with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
